AG: AfterGlow @ Ty Tawe 2

Come upstairs to the Ty Tawe's gig venue for the next AfterGlow on Sunday, July 25th from 5 to 7pm.

We'll have lots of songs and music to share worship together. Afterwards you're welcome to just hang out and relax for chat (drinks and biscuits etc) or even have a game of pool.

We'd love to see you there, and of course it's all free!

Afterglow is back

This Saturday Sunday, June 06, 5pm

@ Ty Tawe, 9 Christina Street, Swansea

It's been quite a while since the last event, but we're proud to announce that we are back at last!
We'll be having plenty of music and hopefully have a nice talk and discussion as well. Even though the event officially finishes at around 18:00, we have the venue until 19:00 and we could do something together after that even, it's up to you guys!

Due to the rugby international we've moved the next Afterglow to 6pm on Sat. 27th Feb. @ Swansea SdA Church (55 Gower Rd, on Sketty Cross).

Come along! No dress code, no need to bring anything and its FREE :D

What A Glorious Day

Okay here i go my first blog :] wewp (:
So here's my plan I'm going to talk about afterglow :) This amazing musical worship service which I enjoy so much (: It's quite new to us all but i find it's gone really well :D
One of my favorite songs would have to be "The Greatest Day in History" also known as "Happy Day". It's such a good song :] Catchy and got a good beat to it :) See check out the chorus!

Well that's my favorite song for you :) 
I must say to me afterglow is something I'm excited about all the time. basically everyday I think to myself afterglow in *whichever amount of days it is*. I just feel so happy at the actual thing as well. It's nice to be with a group of people singing songs and basically being together :) one thing I've noticed is that when I'm there and we're singing I stop in the middle of a song just to put a huge grin on my face! Haha it's random i guess but I actually enjoy it that much! if I feel this happy about it I'm sure a lot of people would feel the same way!

Worship notes

To start the new 'afterglow' worship service we've tried to go back to basics of what 'worship' and 'praise' really mean, through studying the Bible and keeping these thoughts in mind. As always we're all continually learning together, and are trying to  make the best of any talent we have.
